We have great artist studio space and great office space
available. Some studios overlook the Erie Canal
with natural light and a great view. Some are large
enough to be shared. All are located in an historic
renovated factory building.
Our affordable rents range from $190 per month to $500 per
month. Most include utilities. Leases are on a
month to month basis so you do not have to make a
long term commitment.
